Basically very good but I am still waiting for a mechanic to ring me back regarding a tyre tread question I had. This was agreed several days ago.

Car was picked up exactly as stated. Driver getting in touch day before. Phoned me later to say the car had been serviced as required plus a quality recall sorted and a repair I had requested all done. Car delivered back home. No complaints at all.

As I said previously I know that by coming to a BMW centre I will be looked after and my car will be checked and anything found I will be made aware of, also that any parts replaced will be covered by a 2 year warranty without exception.
