I booked my car in for a service. I was given my preferred dates from very helpful members if staff. The service was explained precisely with good staff knowledge.

Had to go in due to seal leaking on gearbox which was a warranty job where no courtesy car was available, car was in for 3 days due to faulty part so had no choice but to hire a car which wasn’t happy about for a warranty job which left me less off

I had to have water pump replaced under warranty because of loss of coolant. This had to be done at short notice and unfortunately there was no courtesy car available. I was given a lift into town and a return lift back to dealers. Much appreciated.
