I had to have water pump replaced under warranty because of loss of coolant. This had to be done at short notice and unfortunately there was no courtesy car available. I was given a lift into town and a return lift back to dealers. Much appreciated.

The service was fine, my problem is that when i bought the car i was not told that at 1200 miles I would be presented with a bill for nearly £300 for a running in checkMy last car AMG55, wifes new VW, sons new VW no service cost for 12months
Easy to book appointment and job completed on time
My MOT was due this September and despite only doing less than 3000 miles since my last (9000) service in September 2017 - I was informed a 9000 mile service (oil change etc) was due this September. I asked myself was it necessary?
The service team (Holly and Lou) showed a genuine interest in resolving the problem with our car. Holly took all the hassle out of the situation by finding a suitable time to look at our car and then by providing a loan car free of charge.

Repeatedly had to call to be informed of what was going on . Unable to explain why idrive system didnt pick up what i would consider to be a major issue with brake wear issues on rear. Overall poor customer service.

As per 1 above. During hand over we had the basics explained to us, so as not to overload us, with the proviso that we could return at any time for any questions to be answered.
