Service was more expensive than quote and I had asked for a courtesy car/test drive but didnt receive one
The service had a hiccup when it was returned but was resolved quickly and efficiently.
Made to feel welcome enjoying coffee whilst job completed to perfection.Vehicle returned spotless.

Westerly did what they had contracted to do
I booked my car in for a service. I was given my preferred dates from very helpful members if staff. The service was explained precisely with good staff knowledge.
Had to go in due to seal leaking on gearbox which was a warranty job where no courtesy car was available, car was in for 3 days due to faulty part so had no choice but to hire a car which wasnt happy about for a warranty job which left me less off
The valet service was poor, I had to clean the car again
Still waiting for the tyre that was being ordered and which is now 6 days late with no contact being made to explain it is delayed.

One thing that prevented me from giving a top score was that because the job required a loan car for 3 days, I had to wait for availability. In reality, it was carried out shortly, and I could have waited in depot rather than having to return

I had to have water pump replaced under warranty because of loss of coolant. This had to be done at short notice and unfortunately there was no courtesy car available. I was given a lift into town and a return lift back to dealers. Much appreciated.

All round good service
It was a good experience, and I was kept well informed. There was a slight problem with retaining my number plate ,due to me going on holiday. It was soon fixed following a phone call and Dan came personally to the house & changed the plates over.
