Video of my car by the technician was useful to see what might need to be done in the future. Car returned valeted was helpful.
Informative and friendly
Because the technical team and workshop co-ordinator in particular were willing to go the extra mile to explain and demonstrate an unusual (towing electrics) MoT failure and then liaise with the non BMW fitting workshop and another dealership to fix.
Our car has now been in 4 times for work in a year, somewhat disappointing for such a high brand vehicle. Not once did the car get cleaned to give back to us like other companies always provide post work.

I was led to believe that the wiper would be checked whist I waited. I was not told this would take all afternoon.
All three service aspects were completed on time and the charges were competitive.
From the first phone call to the service desk with my problem to completion of the work required was carried out with courtesy and professionalism.
When dropping the car off I was there for 75mins, which is too long. Waiting for other members of staff (tech experts, lead mechanic) so it could have been more efficient I'm sure.
Far too expensive, will be checking other dealers for my next service and will consider a different manufacturer when I change my car in 2020
The car is returned as promised.
Still awaiting a response from a warranty issue almost a month on!?
Communication could improve!
The servicing is done to spec but any requests outside of the norm (eg to check out a knock) are essentially ignored. Westerly Yeovil has always operated like this so I don't know if it is just them or BMW in general.

I have to say Andy was very helpful and informative but I should have been told about potential costs prior to work on my car. I was very disappointed that you allowed me to drive the car home in a dangerous state not repaired.
