Pretty efficient but quite expensive
Efficiently arranged collection of my vehicle from home. Everything completed as required including organisation of courtesy car via Enterprise.
Kept me fully informed re: work being done. Work completed efficiently.
I have to say Andy was very helpful and informative but I should have been told about potential costs prior to work on my car. I was very disappointed that you allowed me to drive the car home in a dangerous state not repaired.

On this occasion I have been completely satisfied. The driver that collected and returned my car was very courteous and respectful and all the work seems to have been completed to a high standard. I particularly liked the video that was recorded.
Despite the car being 4 years old you gave me goodwill warranty on the job because of very low mileage.This was much appreciated and will probably be the reason I will buy another BMW.

Excellent customer service
Pick up and return of Motability vehicle happened as promised, saving me energy expenditure and removing any anxiety about having to arrange transport to and from the service centre. The service report was clear and explicit.
I had to sit and wait for 4 hours for a simple software upgrade, that should have been completed at the last service and pay £90 for the privilege.

On initial delivery of the vehicle for diagnosis I had to wait nearly an hour for a lift home within the town, although I was told to expect a 30 minute wait it was evident from the waiting area that there were a large number of staff members present
The service included a free wash but the door channels on the rear boot door still had debris in them
From start to finish I had a single point of contact who organised everything, from the sourcing of new parts, the interation with the BMW workshop to planning and organising the sub-contractor for refurb of the alloys.

with a full service and MOT I would have expected the tyre pressures to have been checked but the very next day a message came up to say it was low and needed checking so I went to my local garage
All the work was carried out and the car returned at the time agreed.
I needed brake discs. waited a month. Was loaned a 1 series which is great for 1 or 2 days but was uncomfortable. They did not have another car. I needed 3 tyres, the air pressure in each varied a lot with 1 over 40psi. I have a photo of readout.
