Repeatedly had to call to be informed of what was going on . Unable to explain why idrive system didnt pick up what i would consider to be a major issue with brake wear issues on rear. Overall poor customer service.

service was fine but only one person on desk had to wait 20 mins, lots of sales etc people didn't seem to be doing anything! Nobody asked if I was ok or apologised or even said hello.....Service agent was very efficient.
