I was very pleased with the personal service given to me. Westerly Yeovil is quite a distance away from where I live and the Isofix repair was going to take quite a few hours. The garage arranged for someone to collect and return my car to my home.

It would have been 5 out of 5 if the car had been cleaned properly. Once I had driven home and the water had been dispersed, there were still the original remnants of 'bugs' on the bonnet and other parts of the body.

I was not aware that the contents had to be removed to allow the ISO fix to the child seat bracket. When the car came back a small toolkit was left out. I phoned on the same day but could not be found. Paul Brown has resolved the problem today.

It really was quite outstanding. From ordering my Car with Jamie Cox to to collecting her. I walked into this special room and my car was hidden under a sheet with spot lights on her, it was so exciting, I peeped under the sheet she looked amazing.
