New MOT no issues.
Got badly buggered about at last MoT. It took over two and a half hours. Overall not too bad

It was expensive and I was unable to get an explanation for an ongoing problem which required a follow up email to the service manager. I now understand but don't like the explanation
My BMW was booked in for a replacement battery, as a precautionary measure, since it was the original from when I bought the car new in 2008. Under £296 for an OE battery supplied fitted and coded to the car is excellent value for money.
The technician correctly identified an intermittent fault, ordered in the new part overnight and fixed the defect the next morning.
It would of been 5 but we asked for a quote on some tyres. We still haven't received a price!

Collected and returned as agreed, and amended, once the need for new tyre was needed. Next day fitting of that was complete satisfaction.

Happy with service provided by Westerly however, the pricing of a first service is somewhat keen. £300 for an oil change and inspection is a bit strong in todays market where after sales and service costs should be very competitively priced!
Service was completed in the timescale quoted. The video of the health check was a welcome surprise.
They appear to have done a good job with the service, and where very helpful with dropping me off at work and leaving the car in the work car park for me when it was done!

The issue with the car was not solved on the first visit and the follow-up to this wasn't great. However, after getting in touch with the After Sales Manager, the team pulled out all the stops and provided an excellent service.

As well as issues with the car, they have mixed up courtesy cars, even after waiting a longer time to get a car with a larger boot for a pram, I was given a mini. Also have left messages on two occasions and not had calls back as promised

From the start to the finish of the process. I was informed at all times of the progress of my order, the initial ordering and purchase of the vehicle was handled with great professionalism by the salesman, Dan Adams.
Minor irritations as above. Also the £60 admin fee wasn't mentioned until drawing up the order. This seems to apply more to used purchase and in my opinion is a way of squeezing the pips. Apropos 1 above, I would recommend anyone challenging these is
