BMW Westerly Yeovil service team are always a delight to deal with, since I bought my e60 530d in April 2004. Paul Brown and his team have looked after my subsequent e85 z4 3.0 si and e91 320 d mtouring and f20 m135i.

Car booked in for MOT + new windscreen same day collection. In the event the new windscreen was delivered damaged, fitter had been booked for the wrong day and then could not be booked again for several days. It took 6 days to complete the job.
All the staff at Westerly Yeovil are always courteous, polite and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them

The service was fine and the people could not be faulted. However my drivers internal door panel was damaged and am still awaiting a response from my email 21st May to a Mr Paul Brown.
I arrived early and the car was taken straight in and was ready an hour before i expected.
Had to wait 10 mins while a young guy on the service desk spoke on the phone. He didn't acknowledge me in any way. Saved by a lovely lady called Lou who took my details and sorted out taking keys, paperwork etc. Work was done at a reasonable price.
Satnav still not working. I was told that you had been looking at it all day and it sometimes worked. I was told to try it over the weekend. I can confirm that it still does not work. I have not rang BMW yet to rebook the car in as I have been busy.
Been several times now and had brilliant service each and every time...4.8 and not 5 because no one ever gets a full 5 stars!
My car was booked in for updates after the EGR valve was replaced by BMW assist. This service was excellent and the engineer was very helpful. Westerley were very helpful and the software updates were done on time and car was returned clean and tidy

Unmanned service reception desk for some while with another customer obviously frustrated by the delay ahead of me. It appeared to be an inconvenience to deal with me as it disrupted a conversation between members of staff in the adjacent office.

Great service, communication and the price of the MOT was competitive.
Not all parts available so revisit booked. Not under dealership control. Gave ok for windscreen wipers to be replaced as smearing ( not done) have asked for estimate to replace rear brakes and discs, also wheels refurbished nothing sent.

Vehicle went into to find a fault with red vehicle check light. Replaced the battery and I was told that this had fixed all the issues. Red light on the next morning. Phoned customer service to be told the car needed time. Not fixed the fault.
Everything went smoothly, with no waiting around.

The service took exactly the time I was quoted and I was kindly offered a lift into town and back instead of me waiting for a couple of hours in the showroom. This was very much appreciated.

The Staff are excellent
Although there was an initial administration problem (which is why I have not awarded the highest rating) the way that Westerley Yeovil dealt with it was excellent. They did everything possible to ensure that this customer was happy.
