Very satisfied with the collection and return service. Drivers are always very pleasant and polite.See below for what was not so good.

Although they did what I asked (oil change and filter, fuel filter and air filter) they couldn’t reset my oil light and wanted to charge more to ‘try’ and fix it with a software update and couldn’t supply me with a loan car despite offering

My fault but I hadn't checked that my walking stick and coat was not in the back seat as I had left it. I had to ring them up sometime later to see if it was still there. Surely they could have rung me, to see if I had not got my items.

Service good. However, something happened to my parking sensors when the service light was reset. I returned with the car and 3 hours later it was resolved (they updated the system). It was done for no additional charge and all was well.

The car developed a warning fault in the engine area . The car was taken in for investigation ,no fault was found...The next day drove 10 miles and the fault reoccured 4 times. The onboard computer did its job but did Westerly Yeovil.

Westerly Yeovil were very helpful in sorting out some issues with my BMW under the approved car scheme. they also helped point out a few issues that should have been sorted out before being supplied by Specialist Cars of Hemel Hempstead.

During my last visit to Westerly Yeovil, due to traffic congestion I was late for my appointment, but they were very understanding and accommodated me. Everyone I saw there was pleasant and helpful, also they cleaned my vehicle.

WHILST I RATE BMW AS A PRODUCT, I WAS CHARGED ONE HOURS LABOUR TO ASSESS THE PROBLEM, THEN TOLD THEY COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG, THEN ASKED TO ALLOW 2 FURTHER HOURS. CAR TAKEN TO ANOTHER BASIC GARAGE AND FAULT FOUND IN UNDER 30MIN, NOT IMPRESSED BMW

Because they we're able to give a timely apt when Dorchester branch could only offer one in two weeks when I had a fault light on. I found that unacceptable given the car was under warranty and I was expected to not drive the car for that time

I was able to drop off the car after 7am on my way to work. My husband was able to collect it after it was ready. In the past our car was cleaned & valeted which didn't happen this time, which was disappointing after the service was costly.

Not 5 stars because I think BMW could provide more information at point of salei.e information sheet on warranty, servicing, and roadside assistance. This information is mostly available on-line or in the car but takes a bit of finding.
