Job well done
During my last visit to Westerly Yeovil, due to traffic congestion I was late for my appointment, but they were very understanding and accommodated me. Everyone I saw there was pleasant and helpful, also they cleaned my vehicle.
I have had the car for about 4 weeks and have a few teething problems. Every issue has been sorted out at my convenience.

Passed MOT and advisory pointed out potential future tyre issues. So I changed them just to be safe.
It was OK but the wait was longer than I was told.
WHILST I RATE BMW AS A PRODUCT, I WAS CHARGED ONE HOURS LABOUR TO ASSESS THE PROBLEM, THEN TOLD THEY COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG, THEN ASKED TO ALLOW 2 FURTHER HOURS. CAR TAKEN TO ANOTHER BASIC GARAGE AND FAULT FOUND IN UNDER 30MIN, NOT IMPRESSED BMW
Because they we're able to give a timely apt when Dorchester branch could only offer one in two weeks when I had a fault light on. I found that unacceptable given the car was under warranty and I was expected to not drive the car for that time
The tyre pressure warning light came on as I drove home because it had not been re-set after the service.

Fast, and good to deal with.
Good facilities and helpful staff.
I was able to drop off the car after 7am on my way to work. My husband was able to collect it after it was ready. In the past our car was cleaned & valeted which didn't happen this time, which was disappointing after the service was costly.
Nothing wrong with it but expected more from a BMW dealer
A phone call I made to question an aspect of the service wasn't returned, hence the lower grade.
My car needed a service, it was booked in without fuss, and the service was completed before the time originally given, which was a bonus. Also the car was properly cleaned before it was returned to me.

The level of service was very good however I need a new tyre and you were unable to replace it for me.
A fault warning prompt on our drive system was corrected expediently and has not reoccurred since

Service appears to have been conducted satisfactorily. We requested quote for scratch repair but never received it.
My service went ok, it was the fact that when my car failed it's MOT I had to go elsewhere for tyres. So for that reason I wouldn't book at Westerly again.
I had remind the service advisor which airbag to change. Apart from that, all good.

It arrived quickly and the transition was very quick
The service was excellent and I was kept in touch every step of the way except once when my telephone message to the receptionist did not get passed on but an email follow up did get through.
Very satisfied, excellent customer service, very good knowledge of the entire product range
No issues arose at all.
The unveiling and communication was great!
As above, all my requirements were fully addressed, I was not pressed into making a decision until I was completely satisfied.
Very helpful staff, and car was delivered on time.

They omitted to charge the hybrid battery! I believe it had been plugged in overnight before collection but the car was unlocked so charging did not take place!

I was regularly informed on the progress of my car being built and particularly appreciated being sent a video of it when it arrived. I was well looked after during the sales process
